Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Delivery Schedule
UK Only:
Standard Delivery normally takes 2/4 days to arrive smaller items are sent by Royal Mail Recorded or Parcel Force. Larger items are sent by courier.
If you select NEXT DAY Delivery all orders received before Midday will be dispatched by next day service after Authorisation of payment by the Clearing Bank.
Bear in mind there is no Saturday/Sunday Deliveries and all orders received over the weekend cannot be dispatched until Monday.
Your order could therefore be delayed if it is received at the weekend or on Bank holidays. Contact us for estimated delivery time.
This applies to most of mainland U.K., but Highlands of Scotland, Offshore Islands, and Northern Ireland may incur additional costs. Please enquire.
International Orders:
Your order will be sent by Royal Mail "international Signed For" which normally takes 7 to 14 days to arrive.
International orders can only be delivered to the Credit Card holders address as it appears on the credit card/bank statement.
To safeguard your valuable order, most deliveries will require a signature on receipt.
All Royal Mail orders can (on request of the consignment number from us) be tracked on the Royal Mail web site. www.royalmail.com
All deliveries are subject to stock availability. We endeavor to keep the website up to date, however should there be a stock shortage on your order, you will be informed as to likely delivery time.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
All goods have 17.5% VAT included in the price. Except international orders outside the EU which are vat free.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a manufacturers guarantee which vary from 3 months to 5 years depending on the product chosen. Please contact us for more information.

Privacy Policy
Wahoo do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
Returns Policy
A Handling charge will be made on all returned goods including exchanges to cover our postage costs.
Orders up to £50 = £2.99
Orders over £50 = £5.99
Wahoo are happy to exchange or refund any item returned to us within 7 days from receipt of goods.
For international Returns we must be informed 7 days after receipt of order that a return is required.
They must be returned to us as bought, unused, undamaged in the original packaging.
For Christmas Orders taken in November and December this is extended to 14 days after Christmas.
Refunds will be given excluding the cost of postage, on receipt of goods to us.
If goods are faulty please contact us ASAP to arrange a replacement or Refund where necessary.
No handling charge will be made for faulty goods.

Sunglasses Returns Policy (UK Only):
All sunglasses are inspected for faults and scratched lenses prior to despatch. All sunglasses should be inspected by the customer on receipt of order. Any faults should be reported to Wahoo within 24 hours of receipt goods. Goods should then be returned to Wahoo by First Class Recorded post within 7 Days.
Animal Sunglasses come with a 1 year guarantee. All warranty issues should be dealt with directly through Animal.
