Making A PurchaseMaking a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order
We accept all major credit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Delivery ScheduleUK Only:
Standard Delivery normally takes 2/5 days to arrive smaller items are sent by Royal Mail Recorded or Parcel Force. Larger items are sent by courier.
If you select Express Delivery all orders received before Midday will be dispatched by next 1/2 service after Authorisation of payment by the Clearing Bank.
Bear in mind there is no Saturday/Sunday Deliveries and all orders received over the weekend cannot be dispatched until Monday.
Your order could therefore be delayed if it is received at the weekend or on Bank holidays. Contact us for estimated delivery time.
This applies to most of mainland U.K., but Highlands of Scotland, Offshore Islands, and Northern Ireland may incur additional costs. Please enquire.
Your order will normally be sent by Royal Mail Air Mail which normally takes 7 to 14 days to arrive.
International orders can only be delivered to the Credit Card holders address as it appears on the credit card/bank statement.
Certain large items will incur a surcharge making the transaction uneconomic - please enquire.
To safeguard your valuable order, most deliveries will require a signature on receipt.
All deliveries are subject to stock availability. We endeavor to keep the website up to date, however should there be a stock shortage on your order, you will be informed as to likely delivery time.
Back OrdersYour item should be in stock as we run the website from our current stock but if your item is temporarily out of stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax ChargesFrom 4th Jan 2011 all goods will have 20% VAT included in the price. Except international orders outside the EU which are vat free.

You have 7 working days to cancel your order starting from the day after receipt of the goods.
It is advised that you inform us of any cancellation by email. Take reasonable care of all of the goods, as you have to send them all back in good condition (but not necessarily in the same packaging). You are also responsible for the payment of the return delivery.
Wahoo will give a full refund within 30 days, including cost of delivery to you
If goods are faulty, wrongly described or unfit for purpose please contact us ASAP to arrange a replacement or Refund. We will advise on which method of return postage to use and the cost of this will also be refunded.
